Delivery/Dispatch OptionsWe offer 3 options for delivery, shown below in order of delivery priority. “Next Working Day”, and “5 Working Days” do cost slightly extra for the priority service they offer. If “Personalised Items*” are any part of your order, please see the “Personalised Items*” note below.
a) “Standard Delivery”. Standard Delivery orders are normally processed in 2 working days, and are then dispatched. Please allow up to 3-5 Working Days for delivery of your order, although it may take longer. The cost of Standard Delivery (for UK Mainland) is FREE for orders over £100, and only £4.00 for orders under £100.
b) “5 Working Day Delivery”. If you place your order during a working day, you will receive your order within 5 Working Days. Working Days are Monday to Friday, and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays. The cost for the priority “5 Working Day Delivery” service is £7.50.
c) “Next Working Day Delivery”. If you order before 1pm, during a working day, you will receive your order next working day. “Next Working Day” orders placed after 1pm, will be received on the 2nd working day. Working Days are Monday to Friday, and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays. The cost for the priority “Next Working Day Delivery” service is £9.99.
*Personalised Items
Irrespective of delivery option you choose (Next Working Day, 5 Working Days or Standard), Personalised Items are made to order, and for this reason, can take up to 28 days to be delivered. Once the personalisation of your items has been completed, your entire order will be dispatched by your chosen delivery option. Dispatch ConfirmationYou will receive a confirmation email to confirm your items are being dispatched, along with an Order Tacking number, so that you can track the progress of your order. You will find the “Order Tracking” option at the bottom of every page.
Out of Stock ItemsShould, in the unlikely event, any item(s) be out of stock, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity, offering you the option of a full refund, substitute, or expected full delivery date. We will not send any alternative item(s) unless previously agreed with you.
Delivery MethodAll Priority “Next Working Day” and “5 Working Day Delivery” orders options are sent via our priority Courier Service, “Initial City Link”. Standard Delivery orders under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Standard Delivery orders over 2kg will be sent via “Initial City Link”.
All orders will need a signature, so please ensure you provide a daytime delivery address - a work, neighbour or relatives address is fine, as long as they know to expect delivery on your behalf. You may also email us additional delivery notes, e.g. Leave with next door neighbour, number 10.
Missed DeliveriesIf you miss an expected delivery, and you are left a card, please contact the Courier or Post Office without delay. Parcels may only be held for a couple of working days before they are returned to us, and you may incur a re-delivery charge to receive your order.
